    Cured me! At first I was a little anxious about reading a book with activities designed to relieve my anxiety but I quickly learned that my fears were unfounded. Gosh, I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t anxious but this book sure cured that! The various methods discussed essentially repeat themselves, so by the time you’re finished you’re so angry about wasting money on this you could kick yourself! There must be a place in my brain where anger and anxiety cannot co-exist so now I just walk around…
